MVA WITH CONFINEMENT AND 2 TRAUMAS

This evening around 1900 hrs company 88 was dispatched to the 100 block of W. Main st, for an accident with injuries and confinement. Chief 88-2 (Krupilis) responded and was told he had two vehicles in the roadway and three people to be injured. Chief 2 and Chief 1 (Whitebread) arrived with chief 1 holding C-spine on the victim still in the car. Rescue 88 (Capt Fink) arrived and began stabilization, while Engine 88-1 (FF Feehrer) arrived and pulled a safety line. Micu 7-3 arrived with 3 medics onboard and transported the 2 trauma victims, ambulance 54-1 arrived and transported the third victim. Crews cleaned up and the box was placed inservice. crews were out for about 1.5 hours.
