RESCUE AND TRUCK 88 GO TO E-TOWN

This Morning Rescue 88 was dispatched to assist Lancaster County Station 7-4 on a structure fire. Rescue 88(Ch. Scheetz) and a crew of 5 men were in the street within minutes. While enroute Engine 7-4-2 went on the scene with a working fire, Rescue 88 arrived with the crews splitting up, to ladder the structure, set up RIT and to remove a fence, During this time, Command 7-4 requested a 2nd alarm, bringing Truck 88. Truck 88 (FF Fallinger) also with 5 men responded right after dispatch. Upon Truck 88 arriving, the Truck crew was assigned to utility control, and overhaul to the fire building. With the event winding down Truck 88 relocated to station 7-4 to stand by, while Rescue 88 returned. Crews were out for about 3.5 hours.
