The mission of the Middletown Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) is to provide for the citizens of Middletown and Royalton Boroughs by preparing, implementing and exercising preparedness plans.
In addition to the preparation and implementation for disaster response/recovery plans, MEMA is also responsible for winter storms, flooding, hazardous materials spills and nuclear power plant accidents.
