Elizabethtown Fire Department Station 7-4 would like to take this time to congratulate Scott May and Captain Scott Fink and the Rest of the Middletown Fire Dept for the Rescue of the victims that were trapped in the dwelling early wednesday morning. Your selfishness and great loyalty was beyond the greatest expectations we have to carry. A job well done and all were safe. Thank you again
Thanks and blessings to all of you who helped pull my brother and his wife out of their Water St. home early Aug. 20th. As a 25yr volunteer firefighter for Bloomsburg, PA Fire Department you never think it will be your family. Thanks for being there.

Good news! Jeff is progressing every day. He is responding to questions with a shake of his head, yes or no, and the other day his brother asked him for a thumbs up and Jeff did just that. Last night they had him up in a chair for about 15 minutes! I think they are going to try to stand him up soon. He still has a long way to go though. Doctors looked behind his eyes, and they found blood so his vision is blurred and will remain this way for some time. His sight should return to normal though. We thank God for the progress this far, and know that He will continue to be with Jeff and his family.
